Is QX4 and G35 engine set-up the same?

I was wondering if '01 QX4's VQ35DE is same as G35's VQ35DE? If so can I use their aftermarket intake and stuff or is it different?

Please help me out, thanks

no the intake system is completely different. I dont believe the heads on the 2 are the same either.

I was really hoping the heads were the same so that the Stillen SC kit could be used with some minor changes. Oh well...
