maybe if you get pull over and saw your QR maybe you can get a fix ticket...i don't know but i would understand if i was to have airbag and i remove it..its a safety equipment thing..since i'm airbag free it shouldn't be a problem...right or wrong..

uhh, i have a quick release and i live in cali. nothing has ever happened, but then again, i've never been pulled over

I've been pulled over numerous times, and not once has a cop said anything about my quick release.

That doesn't necessarily mean its legal, but I'd imagine that if it wasn't, they'd say something.

I've been pulled over with my QR installed before. Cop didn't say anything about it, and he was pissed when he pulled me over too. So I would have expected him to get me on ANYTHING.
