is parts cleaner safe to use on injectors

Hello,I just bought a set of used injectors, I was wondering if it is OK to use parts cleaner to shine them up a bit. Not too sure if the chemicals in parts cleaner are too abrasive to the pintle or electrical connections and what not.Thanks.

if you're talking about brake parts cleaner, that's pretty safe.these days, that stuff is like alcohol in a pressurized can. it's not as strong as it used to be in the old days.
