I just did the 5 lug swap and installed the Z32 1 1/16 brake MC on my 92 S13. When i pump the brakes, it does nothing..pedal jus goes down w/ tiny pressure. So I put my stock one back on and it pumps out fluid fine. So does this mean i have a messed up MC or did i misaligned it somehow(only goes in 1 way)? Is there a place I can trade in for a rebuilt one (like Autozone or something)? Thanx

You most likely have air still in there trap in the mc try cracking open the lines on the mc a little bit and bleeding it that way

did you "bleed" the mc? If you didn't it's not gonna work.

bleeding order

driver rearpassenger reardriver frontpassenger front

when you bleed, fill up your bmc and make sure it never falls below "min".

Have a friend pump the brake pedal while you're bleeding the valves. Open the valve and have him pump the brake pedal. After you've got clear fluid in that line close up the valve and move onto the next caliper. If you do let the level drop below "min" you'll have to start over again.

hmm...seems I was wrong about "bleeding" the master. Anyways, maybe you've seen it, but follow this guy's procedure:http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm#MC

haha..yea..i think ur wrong about "bleeding" the MC unless there's a special method of bleeding strictly the MC. I've searched everywhere and done the research for 3 months before attempting this. I've been through lots of sites including the link you sent me. Not one place have i seen anyone having problems w/ the MC. So i'm assuming mine is defected(i got it at a junkyard). So I was just wondering if anyone has encountered a problem w/ their MC. So i'm not asking anyone how to bleed, do the swap...jus wanna know information strictly on the MC. And yes, i've bled brakes multiple times so I know how to do it. So I'm wondering if the slots need to be specially aligned or wut..jus makin suggestions......Thanx
