Is my Wastegate hose on wrong ?

i recently purchased a S14 with a redtop SR20 .

it use to have a greddy profec b spec 2 but it got broken into and stolen under the old owners watch .

so i popped the hood today to inspect the car because the idle was really messed up because he left the boost gauge hose open in the cabin.

so i noticed the wastegate hose to into the greddy electronic and then from there another hose would go out and then "T"s with the BOV hose.

isnt this wrong ? isnt it usually - wastegate to electronic to the turbo side .

or am i too use to turbo civics and turbo mr2s ?
