ok i seen a guy that has the same turbo i have (t25) making more power (220hp) me (180hp) on ka sohc but i boost 10 wit no boost controler and he boost is 7 no biist controler so my ? is , is it my turbo or my actuator or feul tunning or wtf is it

same thing he has SAFC , fmic, walbro f/p, and stock MAF i have same exact thing

btw a tune can do wonders.......even if it means a 40-50hp difference.

Your turbos' wastegates could be set for different ammounts of boost.

He could be making more power than you because of his tuning.

I'm pretty much a n00b to turbos so someone more experienced should correct me if I'm off.

He could be running a bigger T25.

You have the tiny Z32 peice o-chit turbo that I wouldn't put on a CA if I had to.

Have you checked the condition of your motor? 180 with 10psi sounds low, even for a small turbo like the t25.

well my conpression is at 150 all 4 pistons maybe turbo is bad already

If you think the turbo is bad you might as well go to a bigger one, even if the turbo doesn't turn out to be too bad you'll get the bonus of having a bigger turbo that you'll probably have wanted to put on anyways. But do get it tuned, for the sake of your engine.
