I get TONS of smoke when it's idling even not fully warmed up. Also noticed on one of my exhaust welds has a pinhole leak and there is a small amount of black oily watery stuff leaking out. Anything I can check to be sure before I pull it off to see if it can be rebuilt?

what color is the smoke? what does it smell like? take off a IC pipe and look if it's coated with oil.

The black watery stuff could be water vapor mixed with carbon. No big deal if that is what it is.

Seems kinda thick to be water vapor but I could be wrong. The smoke is a dark color. Blackish...

Sounds like you are mega rich if it's blackish. Does it have a gassy "burn your eyes" smell?

yeah it does. The gf can't even hang out in the garage when it's idling with the rear ouside. Will check the ic piping and try messing with the injector settings. Seems like whatever I change for injector settings doesn't change much.

I sent you the latency numbers by email when I sold you the injectors. I don't have them anymore, hopefully you saved them. if you inputted the latency numbers as I supplied them then you are adding too much latency. You have to subtract the old from the new and put the difference in if memory serves.

checked the piping and no oil. after getting to work on it in some sun it appears to be a white smoke. i made a new thread about my car rather than just a blown turbo thread.

yeah i still have that info. im just confused on a few things. so where it says 100 in datalogit im supposed to change that to 57 right? (370/650) then the box next to it on the right... whats that for? am i supposed to change that to .12? (.64 (dw latency) - .52 (stock latency) ) ?
if i do that do i change the inj lag vs batt also? you gave me these numbers

16v - 1.072
14v - 1.192
12v - 1.420
10v - 1.8
8v - 2.62
6v - 5.88

also.i got a tune from steve shadows on zilvia and he didnt adjust the injector settings, but he did change values on the injector map itself. so i dont know if im supposed to adjust the settings, if his map adjusted it or what im supposed to do.
