is my timing okay? been having problems starting the car.

Many people think that my timing is wrong and thats why the car wont start.So i went and checked my timing. Does this look okay?



by the way this wasnt at TDC. I opened the valve cover and this is where it was at.

no. do you know what tdc looks like on the cams, crank pulley and dist. cap?
