Is my timing correct

I have done a rebuild and my car is running like s***. It starts hard, no acceleration, and idle is jumping up and down (around 1000-2000). I have 14 links between where the idler pulley mark should be and between intake and exhaust. New plugs, new injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, and battery is new.

By the pictures it looks like the timing could be right. A really quick check would be to do a compression test. If you have compression.... it should at least run. If its good compression like 120+ then its likely correct.
