Is my throw-out bearing bad?

When I'm at idle there is a sight vibrating/rubbing/rattling sound that goes away when i clutch in. also, when i'm accelerating and then lift off the gas it makes a strange vibrating/rattling sound. What could be wrong?

your probably right, im not sure becuase i dont know what it sounds like, but iff it goes away when you push the clutch in, then it is your throw out bearing

Could be your transmission mount.

it could be your throwout bearing, and it could be your transmission mount only if you stick jiggles alot
