is my motor JAP or UK??

Hey guys is there any way of looking at the cam covers to tell if my motor is a Jap or UK engine?? Any way to tell without taking the IM off?

let me know please....:confused:

mine came with a plate on the timing belt cover that was in japanese! it indicated when the belt was changed i think (its in japanese so i can't read it:D)

The j- spec manifold has 8 runners and the euro 4 runners.
