i think that has more to do with the ignition, check your spark plug wires, when was the last time you changed the spark plugs? if you washed your engine bay, that could cause temporary misfires. If you get a code, the "check engine" light, then that would help pin point the problem faster.

spark plugs done 20k ago never washed engine bay and there is no check engine light on. what i do kno is that its using more gas than usual and i notice the little misfires/jerks when idle in drive with foot on brake only

Coils are notorious for going bad also.

yes nissan dealership replaced all 6 coils and maf under warranty because i went in once for a severe misfire and stalling and mechanic recommended maf and coils because he thought it was a customer pay tickect he didnt kno i had a warranty so nissan had to pay the price for their mistake thinking i was out of warranty when i wasnt. but any input on what this might be the misfire/jerk is very annoying

So lets see, no codes, but there is still a misfire or jerking around the engine, could it be a bad motor mount? but that would make the engine shake even more at the highway. hmm

MAF- check
Coils/plugs -check
Air/fuel filter- check, you did do your fuel filter right? if not, its a quick 20 min job that will cost you 12 dollars
motor mounts
throttle body- i suggest you clean that too, also very easy
timing
