Is my ignitor chip broken?

So I just got my SR installed, and I'm getting a code 21. I tested everything according to the FSM.



When I got to the part where I test terminal E to A B C and D there is no continuity. I get like 20 ohms, same with 1234 to ABCD. Is the chip dead?

For future reference, the readings I got are normal. My ECU just needed to have the codes cleared.
