I feel like ever since I got my Fujita intake its killing maaad gas...like I'll be driving and it says I have 35 miles left and then like 5 mins later it goes to like 28 or some s***.

Should I take it out? I really don't want to! :gotme

Also, off topic:

Who did I see in Long Beach, NY in the morning last week? all blacked out Alti? I flashed my lights and they honked.

what was your mileage before and after the intake? My wifes stock 2.5 coupe gets 22-23mpg consistently in town and 30-32 on the highway. What is your current avg?

Ok here's a question you have to ask yourself regardless if this mod uses more gas or not:

Why mod your car performance wise if you are concerned about gas mileage?

if anything your mileage should be better. Less air resistance into the engine should be more efficient. Your mileage could be suffering if you floor it everywhere to "test" the intake lol

this. i was going to say it shouldn't be the intake, it's more than likely your newly developed case of leadfoot. i caught that twice: once after i got my exhaust and once after i got my intake.

I burn through way more gas with the turbo than I should be but I like the sound of the BOV and being in boost a lot. Same situation lol.

The filter that comes with the Fujita intake is garbage. When i had that intake, i used the AEM dry filter. My gas mileage was crappy before the swap. Now I have the K&N typhoon intake along with some other modes (listed in the link in my sig), and i get about 26.7 mph avg.
