I don't know what kind of angles you need to be able to tell, so here's a few pics.

For whatever reason, photobucket resizes the pic in the album, but not here... Sorry for destroying your margins.

I would guess you adjust that thing by turning the nut on top. Hook it up, hook a gauge in line after it, and see if turning the nut changes the pressure. I'm 99% sure it will.

Just some food for thought, how would it be a fuel pressure regulator if you can't regulate it ie. change the pressure......lol

lol true. But it could be a regulator if it was a preset pressure through a shim stack or spring or something. Just thought I'd ask.

To regulate does not guarantee adustability. Your stock regulator isn't adjustable.

That nob at the top is for adjusting the Fuel pressure. U can use an allen key to change the pressure.

You will need to adjust the base pressure, to ensure your car will run right.

Yes, it's adjustable. The threaded part in the middle with the allen key is what adjusts the pressure. The nut that is threaded onto it is used to keep the setting. Loosen it up, adjust the pressure, and then tighten it back up.
