I just got a pre owned 04 g35 sedan. i have a gtec pro so i was just fooling around with the 0-60. My time was 6.33. there is no way that a stOck g sedan would be that fast, so i started wondering if the previous owner did anything. i took a couple a pictures of my engine and exhaust so that the smart people in here could tell me if anything has been modded.

Yup. You need a z tube. And some kind of intake. It will make you happy.

no mods that I can see...Take off the engine cover and post another pic. You could have a spacer on the intake. Next, take a pic of the middle of the car's exhaust. There is a mod to use the coupe mid-pipe for more HP.

The spacer will be about 5/16's thick...but it may be hard to tell if you don't know what you're looking for.

Coupe Mid-pipe:

I think the 04 sedan was supposed to get 0-60 in the high 5s to low 6s.

Your car looks completely stock.

Yep, I agree with Nate based on what I see. But, you could use the Z-tube Teflon mentioned and the Coupe Mid-pipe that Joe showed!!

Oh, and hit Nate up for a grounding kit.

Thanks Rich. If this business ever goes big, I'll have to make you my marketing person lol.

Vivek's engine will be sporting some beautiful Cobalt Wires in the next week or two!!!

I'm sorry Rich. I won't be stopping any time soon, so no worries. Any bites on the Cobra? Did I hear you also have another car for sale not too?
