ok well i boost leak tested the car. no leaks for damn sure, holds 17 psi, 18 blows a coupler off the hot pipe.

i did some testing today in preperation to take it to a garage...

CAS voltage fluctuates between 0.1v and 3v (fsm says voltage should be between 0.1 and 5v)

absolutley no leak in vacuum system. absolutley no leak in boost system

Intake system builds pressure up to 18 psi then a coupler blows off no leaks audiable.

battery disconnected for well over an hour. without starting the car the codes read 11/12(no mafs hooked up period)34/

All vaccum lines recently replaced no consult port

Compression numbers Cyl #1 - 140 Cyl #2 - 138 Cyl #3 - 142 Cyl #4 - 140

Leak down results Cyl #1 - let sit 10 min - nothing moved Cyl #2 - same as 1 Cyl #3 - Same as above Cyl #4 - as above

TPS voltage.

closed - .36 WOT - 4.01

Hooked mafs up, reset ECU. Codes 11(Cam angle sensor) Code 34 (knock sensor) Knock sensor unplugged

Knock sensor has been replaced! but still gives the code.

Valve cover removed and timing marks lined up, with 11 links between the colored marks lined up perfectly. when time is set with timing light (second mark on the right, facing the car is 15*btdc)

CAS sticks. and gives alot of resistance when i spin it, when running the car jumps from 15* back to 7 or 8* back to tdc ect. (could the CAS be ****ed?)

im almost buying a new motor. someone help.
