Is my car running too hot?

It stays at this point and doesn't move no matter what. Just wondering it it seems to be too hot? Thanks in advance.

The temp guages in our cars were pretty much three state (OFF - OK TEMP - WAY TOO LATE) types. I think you're okay.

Then again, given the nature of our gauges, I really couldn't say for sure.

If its still running and its been there for a while, then you are ok. But the OEM gauges suck, I'd recommend getting a temp gauge if you are worried.

It is higher than where it sits on my s14.

Its not that im really worried, i was only curious. But ive driven it for 2 hours straight at the most so far, and it doesn't move. That pic was taken after a trip down to the nissan dealer(went for an oil filter), a 1 hour round trip highway drive, so i think im ok

It's still within the operating temperature range. It's when the needle goes above that line is when you should get worried. But If I were you I would try to get it back to the middle because I would hate looking at that. Flush your radiator and refill it with fresh coolant maybe you have a slight clog.
