Is kouki Fender wider then Zenki fender?

Looking to do a kouki conversion. Is the kouki fender wider then the Zenki? If it is by how much. Some people say its same, some say it 15mm and other 20mm. Any know exactly ?

If it's installed properly, it should be the same width.
