is it worth modding my maxima

thinking about adding a pioneer d3 and some other stuff but what really bugs me is my car is a 2001 se and got 130,000 miles on it what u guys think is it worth modding it so save my money and get a new car?

Well when I think of "modding", I think Air/Exhaust/Suspension, all tied into performance. To me, the interior and exterior stuff is just upgrade.... The 2001 I30 I have seems to tear it up pretty good without the need for a cash infusion, but then I have other toys to distract me when needed.

It's not like you can't remove stereo equipment and "go back to factory" if you decide to get rid of it later.
