This little bit of headlight damage was $5000.00
There is unseen damage underneath

The driver of a Honda parked in a no parking zone opened her drivers side door into my front headlight. I was doing about 10MPH

I would pass on it unless you get an estimate from a qualified body shop and use the estimate for further negotiation.

Good luck

Should be able to find a non-wrecked '03-'04 for $10k or less these days.

That is what the insurance adjuster approved. The body shop that did the work did an excellent job

Parts and labor are expensive.

If you can do it yourself with a place to do the work of course its much cheaper

I was able to get my $500 deductible back after proving it was not my fault. I had a POS Impala for 3 weeks

i would get a quote from a shop to see what it is going to cost. add that into the cost of the car and the TTL and you will answer the question yourself! as a comparison i just bought a one owner 04 coupe with 110000 miles for 11,300 drive out.
