is it that easy?!? bulge//bow overfender

Im just after ordering some Work VS-XX wheels in the big size 18x11 negative offset, but not 100% sure to get the hellaflush look, but other people tells me not to buy wheels that fit overfenders but to get the overfenders fit the wheels...

My question is... is it possible to bulge/bow FRP overfenders( front and rear) of how do they to that, cut a piece out and tape it up and after that "casting" new where the lip is by the wheels...

please come with some pictures how to do it...

Btw have played with FRP before,
