Is it really necessary?

Unfortunately don't know enough about my car to know how to proceed. I have a 99 Maxima v6 and recently got my service engine light. The codes are p0325, p1130, and p1165. From looking around here it seems like p1130 is the more serious one. My mechanic said I need to replace swirl control valve and swirl control vaccum but said those parts aren't sold seperately (they aren't?) so I should just replace the Intake Manifold Assembly for 550.00. Is this necessary? Is it possible to find those specific parts (where??), have them delivered or picked up, and installed by mechanic for cheaper price then replacing the whole Manifold? Will that solve the codes? Or should I bite the bullet and replace the whole thing? Thanks for your help!
