Yes, if you have the aux input. I use it to play movies and music in mine.

if your system is like most in car navigation's it looks for a signal from the parking brake. find that wire and ground it and you should be fine. at least that's what i believe, correct me if i am wrong.

yes, you are partially correct. The M45 also has a speed sensing wire linked to the nav, so even if you have the parking brake switch grounded - it still reads that the car is moving and will deactivate the screen.

Search for the NAV Hack for instructions on how to bypass this, I have done it as well as many others with great success.
