Is it possible to replace Sun Visors w/ the lights version on B16?

So I noticed that some B16 Sentras (07-09)have the sun visors with lights and others like mine without. So I was curious and took out my passenger visor to see if there's any wires hanging around and it doesn't look like there are.... So the short answer to my thread topic is no....

But would it be possible to somehow wire this up or would this be more work than it's worth? Has anyone done this before?

You would need some way to direct wire the lights. I wouldn't think it would be worth the trouble.
