Is it possiable to install a new EFI harness with the motor still in the car?

I have a 1990 240sx hatchback with a redtop SR20DET.

I've replaced the EFI wiring harness in my 91 twinturbo but I had to pull the engine to do so. Just wondering if its the same with the SR20DET. I'd like to replace the old hacked up harness that is in there now with a nice new one from Nissan.

i've taken out my RB harness and installed it several times in my install.

i pulled the KA harness before i had the KA out.

disconnect everything and start lightly pulling. if it gets caught up, take a look see.

I'll give it a look over and call my local Nissan dealer up and order a new one.

You can replace it, not a problem simply because unlike the Z32 twin turbo, the 240SX was not designed by masochists.

The part is a JDM part, and it does not come up under normal dealer look-up.

I installed my harness once everything was completely done and hooked up. It is very simple to do.

Thanks for the help. yeah I figured as much about ordering the harness. I seen it on courteyparts.com and figured if they can get it then my local nissan dealer could. The parts manager is also a Nissan enthusiast so he gets alot of Nismo and JDM parts in. He got me alot of OEM parts, JWT, and Nismo for a far better deal than anyone else. So when it comes to an OEM part I know he can get it and also at a better price than others.
