Is it okay to use 90/100 wattage bulbs with the stock headlight wiring harness?

I have an 01 LE and am getting bulbs that are 90/100. I don't think i want to burn my stock headlight wiring harness. Can they handle these bulbs or should I get nokyas 20 dollar headlight harness?Thanks
