Hey guys, Here's the story, I have an enthalpy ecu, tuned for 615cc injectors. I have 555cc injectors installed. I contacted Deatschwerks, and they said that they don't make 615's anymore, but that I could run 55psi of fuel pressure and would be ok. But it ends up being more like 75 for me to get a 11.5 AFR WOT. So here are my questions;

1. Is 75 psi of fuel pressure ok to do?

2. How High of an AFR can I run safely under WOT?

I would not use an ecu tuned for 615cc injectors by adding fuel pressure.

ok, but is it safe to run 75PSI?

And, whats the highest safe AFR I can run? Meaning, if I could run a higher AFR, I could lower the fuel pressure.

Or, I can send it out to Enthalpy for a retune. But before anyone says "Yes, do that" I would like to know the highest safe AFR.

Well I've seen really high fuel pressures run before. Especially when using a FMU. The fuel lines are rated pretty high, but the fuel pump itself will most likely not be able to handle 75psi of rail pressure. Is it safe, yes if it doesn't leak. I've run 60...

The leanest I'd run would be 12.5:1.

75 pounds is quite up there. You stock injectors wont probalby last all that long and youll probally have a couple leaks here and there. i wouldnt go overa 60.
