Now that i have more money, i am starting to buy stuff for my car, and i was going to start with suspension like i mentioned a couple weeks ago. Now i want to fix this terrible sway i have in rear end. I'm not sure exactly what it is so i came to yall hopefully for some help. Now what happens when i drive.......When i hit a bump, hole, or any type of uneven surface in the road, my rear end feals like it is "swaying" or moving around. People have told me that is my tie rod ends, and some people say its my rear toe control arm, etc. Well if someone knows what it is, please help me out, I would go to shop around my city, but i know they will be d!ck about the situation, like people were when i having problems with my brakes. (the guy actually told me that nissans are po's b/c they break all the time, and that i should just go buy a 92-93 hatch and build it up!!!! )

well for starters, your tie rods are in the front suspension part of your steering system. Your rear suspension consists of upper and lower arms, toe arm and traction arm. all attatched with rubber bushings which the 240sx is notorious of having way too much rubber in the rear suspension. Your symptoms can be results of one of the following:bent armoverly worn out rubber bushingsin bad need of alignmentextremely improper tire pressures from left tire to right

i currently have the same problem sometimes but not extreme. Im doing a full suspension rebuild in the naxt 2 months so it will all be gone. good luck-Chris
