Test pipes are great, arguably one of the best bang for the buck mods, but yeah, if you're living where emmissions is a problem, your best bet is to get a high flow cat (I hear great things about the Random Tech. cat), but if you insist in getting a straight/test pipe, any knuckle head shop can do it for you, or just check just about any site that offers cat backs and chances are they got the pipes for usually well under 200 bucks. Also, I know in Cali, some cops actually look under your car, so something you might want to look into is gutting your cat, pretty much just keeping your cat, but make it inoperational so it acts like a straight pipe. My friend did it, and I believe if you search, you'll find someone who did it.
