i got a sr t25 from a friend. it spins freely with little to no play but... it appears to have oil residue on the exhaust turbine. is it blown? and/or rebuildable?

It sounds like its still fixable. You can do it yourself if your savy enough, but its prly better to do it through a rebuilder.

Hes a personal friend of mine and does a great job. Builds the turbos past factory specs. Been doing it for 7 years.
