Is it bad to leave car without ATF overnight?

Hey all,

New member here with a hopefully quick question: Is it bad, or harmful to the car if I leave it drained of automatic transmission fluid overnight?

I just started my 100k maintenance campaign on my 2003 pathfinder but am falling short on time today. Right now, I have the transmission fluid completely drained out but I want to change the filter and clean the pan while I'm down here, but I'm out of time for tonight. So I'm hoping it'll be fine overnight, or else I'll have to just dump all the ATF I bought into a semi clean compartment.

It is fine for many days.. After few months I would be slightly concerned some seals might start to dry out.
