Is Installing OEM Exhaust Tip Easy?

I'm finally getting around to ordering the Nissan OEM exhaust tip from a place online for $31 + $10 shipping. Is this part an easy install like many of the aftermarket tips, meaning basically 3 or 4 screws holding it on? Or does it need to be welded/saudered or whatever?

thanks for the reply, but it didn't really answer my question. I am ordering genuine Nissan exhaust tip. Is this a screw on/bolt on/clamp on tip or will it have to be welded/saudered?
