So i noticed i have no gasket for the turbo inlet or outlet. The outlet is probably necessary, but my friend was telling me its not necessary to have a gasket for the inlet because its sucking in the air and creates a vaccum seal type effect

i only have a stock t25 with basic bolt ons (fmic, turbo-back exhaust, intake), should i spend the $15 and get the gasket for the inlet as well, or is my friend right?

I'm assuming it wouldn't be as necessary as the exhaust side. I know that creates a loud annoying sputtering / whistle! Although I'm sure it's reccomended to have one on there for the best seal.

i know im probably being cheap, but if nothings gonna happen then id rather put the $15 to something else ya know?

but i also dont want to get a boost leak because i was too cheap to run a simple gasket
