Hello guys, and This is my first post at Nico Forum, so it seems my favorite brand since my teen years is doing quiet well these days. And seeing affordable G35 from 2005, I am very anxious to get my hand on one, still, looking at original $40 K price tag will the maintenance and repairs be really expensive for this car?

I am comparing this car to recent Mazda 3, so how is the maintenance cost if we compare this two? Do I have to go to specialty shop to get g35 parts or could they be found easily?

Any Nissan dealer should be able to do any maintenance your G would require. The cost should be close to what your Mazda 3 is. About the only thing that I have found to be very expensive is the flywheel. But you shouldn't have to worry about replacing that if you aren't too hard on the clutch.

It depends on how you drive it and what car you buy...

I will be on my 3rd transmission, 2nd motor, 2nd clutch come Friday!

All covered under warranty except the clutch and flywheel that i just purchased ($825.00)

I have had a radio replaced and compression rods in the suspension. I also had a problem with the Gas tank (Stupid) Valve... And the valve still isn't fixed!

Do your research and you will find that it is a great car if you can let the little things go!

I love it and wouldn't trade any of the problems i had with the car... it gives it even more of a story for your friends!
