Is Bluetooth for phone an optional feature on 2009?

We are looking at used 2009 or 2010 Muranos, at least SL and maybe LE. How do I know if a model has Bluetooth to allow us to talk through Iphones and possible play Ipod without aux jack?

For the phone, I see the phone buttons on the steering wheel but don't know if that automatically means it has that option? Does the vehicle need to have Navigation to have such features?

Please help, how can we tell if only looking at online pictures? Or how to tell if looking at the vehicle in person.

Any help would be appriciated. Wife wants to be able to talk on phone hands free, navigation for us isn't requires as we have GPS for when we really want that feature.

I'd say just ask the dealership/owner you're buying it from. Easiest option there is. You could also check Nissan's site, but I don't think they have older models on there. You could also check the vehicle's manual; it'll more than likely have the info you're looking for!

Thanks but at this point we are looking on Cars.com and Carmax.com. One we questioned today said "no bluetooth" but the pictures came online and "bluetooth" loco is on the center panel by temp controls and switches on the steerwheel. While I see other SL vehicles listed with pictures that don't have the steer switch or the logo. So I think the one we are looking at does, dealer just doesn't know every feature of every car. It is in another state so can't just stop by and play with the menu of that particular car.
