I have a 1990 240SX HB and was wondering how big the rims can be on this car before it touches the fender when i turn. Right now I don't have any suspension modifications so my car hasn't been lowered. Also, i've had this car for about 2 months, and i got it for $1800.00 with no problems and a great body. Good or bad deal?

Sounds like a good deal. And anything bigger than 17" (and in a rare case, 18") is tacky and overkill.

Do the suspension first. Get your ride height dialed in, and THEN find wheels to fit the car at that point.

Wheels are easier to change than suspension, so you should start by deciding on ride height and camber settings, and only then should you start test fitting to see what will & won't fit.
