if anyone that has the swap done and running aci would like to know how they did it or if it is possible with left over parts/hoses, lines from the ka.

I bought a real Silvia with a CA rather than a swap, do you think it would help if I took pictures of the stock A/C setup?

Swap pully from CA compressor to SOHC KA compressor, done. No need for anything else, or so we've been told ...

I don't want to mess with taking taking the pulley off, it looks kind of intimidating. I might use a 3-rib belt and the ka compressor so I can line it up better. But the pulley switch sounds better. I'll see about that and say if it works for sure.

It will work, only I don't think you can do it yourself. You have to have some special jig to get the pully off that was a Nissan only tool. I have a freind that works there, so we just did it in a 1/2 hour or so.

My car isn't running yet, cause the wiring isn't done, but i have the SOHC compressor bolted on the ca using a 3rib belt. I did that so i didn't have to cut the lines and release presure.

the 2 bottom bolts and the front top bolt fit, but the top back one doesn't. It's just barely forward compared to the stock compressor. I honestly dont think its gonna make a difference, but ill see this weekend when it runs.
