im woundering what s going on i see sr20dets making 400hp and im not hearing any thing about ca's ??

people having that hard of a time finding parts?

Go check out the UK boards. There are plenty of 400hp CA's over there. I'm sure there are some here, but they don't seem to post here...

400hp is too much for a normally prepped S chassis car anyway. Who wants a damn drag car. This isn't NFS Underground

What do you call real power? And as for the same 400hp SRs, I'm pretty sure their not driving around everyday with that much boost to create that much power. I drive around daily with 332whp at my disposal from my CA and I have the worst gas mileage.

So to answer your questions, nothing's going on with CAs. As a matter of fact, I personally don't care to hear anything about CAs impacting North America. It's bad enough the SR is over-priced for what it is. And in my neck of the woods, the SR20DET hype is no more. As a matter of fact, it's very quiet kinda like the CA....but we still have CA enthusiasts who enjoy the simplicity and could care less about building a beast of an engine.

And last, but not least, don't compare the CA to the SR. We have seen too many of these debates and they gets us nowhere.
