is any diference bt the year on the SOHC harness

i change the harness in my SOHC and plus i upgrade for a 5 spt but in the new harness a plug is mising so are the cables the same or is any diference in year model or auto to 5sp?

i see a differnce i swapped my 92 auto with a 89 5 spd transmission i can see the wiring is really different i had to slice alot of wires to match some of the connections
