I got some 450cc injectors from a GSX. I was wondering if an FPR is necessary in this set up. I will be getting the projectnissan.com rail and the JGS resistors. I read that I should get an aftermarket FRP, but is it necessary. Also how does an FPR compare to an FMU?

i stock FPR will work fine

an FMU increases fuel pressure above what the FPR will. FPR's increase fuel pressure 1 psi or every psi of boost, making it a 1:1

Fmu's will increase 4,6,8,12 psi of fuel pressure for every psi of boost above what the stock fpr does

i suggest getting an aftermarket fpr since it'll compliment the rail and allow u to mess with the fuel pressure. is it required? no. is it worth it? depends on who u ask or how ur tune is. as anthony said, stock fpr can also work.

i have a nismo fpr that replaces the stock fpr on my jgy fuel rail. its basically just like stock but you can adjust the base pressure

Are you using this fuel system now cause I want to use the same set up but I don't know what else is needed besides the rail, inj, and resistors? Did the injectors fit well in the ka24de or did you have to modify anything?
