I have the SPEC 6 puck and I love it. Can't vouch for ACT though. I've owned many SPEC units and they have all done exactly what I wanted. The clutch I have now is rated to 450 ft lbs and it drives like stock.

The ACT should be fine, it's the Extreme PP's that are HARSH.

HD 6 puck will be a nice combo.

Spec offers good prices as well, I run one, WD does too. Mine is Stage 2+, super easy to drive, but I would have rather gotten the 3+ for room to grow.

I daily my car for a few months, then park it and drive the evo, mine is Very Easy to drive.. makes some noise on decel, like all puck clutches, it's not too loud though.

I got a Fidenza only because SPEC didn't make a flywheel yet. But now you can get a SPEC flywheel and clutch combo.

The Fidanza uses a friction surface that bolts to the flywheel, so it won't wear out quicker or anything. You just replace the friction surface.

Either one is good,

EazyE even found a ebay one that is great too. f1-s-ka-flywheel-from-ebay-t225573.html ... 20flywheel

Also, how much power are you going for?

I have the ACT 6 puck, and I DD it just fine. Its really easy to get used to, and being stuck in traffic isn't as bad as you would think. Im also using my stock flywheel with the clutch, and I did get it resurfaced before I installed the clutch. Break in was easy too.

As long it even has punk your fine. Stage 5 with no puck are pretty much undrivable and will damage your transmission. Go for that clutch only if you making more then 300whp+. How much power are you trying to make?

For the flywheel im leaning towards that ebay f1 ... yess nooo maybe soo hmmm idk lol

i have act extreme 6 puck with hd pressure place for my ca and i love it. mild pedal and rougher engagement but not bad for a clutch that'll hold 463ft lbs tq
