Is a Turbocharged 240sx street legal in delaware
Whats the ideal delaware "BOOSTED" laws. Is turbocharging street legal? ive seen a turbo crx and evo 8.

The evo was turbocharged and sounded like it was running with high boost, it was cruising like 20mph and when it let off the BOV let an extreme yell of sound which sounded good.
