Is a Infiniti 3.0 engine same as a Nissan 3.0?

I have a 1990 Infiniti M30 with a 3.0 engine. Does anyone know if the harmonic balancer or crankshaft pulley the same on a 3.0 Nissan engine. Are parts interchangeable with Infiniti & Nissan?

the M30 uses a VG30E [single cam] as opposed to the J30's VG30DE [dual cam]

the infiniti and nissan motors are interchangeable. [except J30's use a front sump oilpan, whereas the 300ZX uses a rear sump oilpan]

another words the M30 uses the Z31 engine, and the J30 uses the Z32 engine.
