is a/c doable?

i tried to search on it, but i couldn't find anything specific, maybe i'm just not looking right. but i have an 89 single cam, can i use the factory a/c compressor if at all? i just didn't see any info on it and was wondering if it was possible. thanks

it bolts up but the pully doesn't line up.

if you have the CA compressor you MIGHT be able to swap the pullies, you'd have to take it to Nissan to do so tho and talk the mechanics into doing it for you.

in theory you might be able to bolt it up (make sure the wastegate actuator isn't too close to the rubber hose!! and the hose isn't laying on the heatshield!) and drive over there w the CA one and then unbolt it all and pull it far enough up out of the car that they can change the pullies w/o dumping the R12..
