Is a 98 Q45T with 180K worth $1500

I had a 96 Q a few years ago and really regretted getting rid of it, but the whining from the fuel pump was annoying and I didn't have a reliable place to get it repaired.

So... I'm browsing CL and found a 98 Q45T with 180K miles on it, but the body looked great. I'm going to check it out later today after work, so I can't really comment on the engine and transmission yet. I do have a couple questions though.

1. Is it worth buying it with 180K on the engine and trans?
2. Is there something I should look out for?

depends on whether you are able and willing to replace parts as they fail.....and at 180K,there will be plenty of them past due,some ready, and some near ready.........if you got rid of your last Q over a simple fuel pump, you either need to change your mindset or bite the bullet and spend the money to purchase a brand new/near new vehicle, as every older car will need repairs and parts replacement due to both age and miles driven.Dont let a shiny paint job and Armoralled interior and tires fool you into thinking it wont! $3000 budgeted for the first year repairs/parts replacement of any old car purchased would be a good plan.
