I am trying to find new wheels for my S13 hatch. I want something that comes out and is flush with the fender both front and rear. I noticed that a lot of the rims i like only come in !7 x 7. I was trying to at least go for a 7.5 but i guess people who have done would know better than i do. I want to run at least a 225/;45/17 tire on it. Right no i am looking at the Rev Model 6. they also have to clear Z32 brakes and coilovers.

ThanksShawn

wheel width is what you need to be paying closest attention to when wanting that "flush". wheel is important to certain extent but you really need to look at rims offset. With a 7 inch wide rim you'll need about a 35+ or an 30+ offset.

USE THE OFFSET CALCULATOR IN THE FAQ!!!!!!

geeebus. its there for a reason. but yes, a 35 or 30mm will be good. I run a 30mm on my volks, 17x7.5.-chetalso, you never know if it will clear Z brakes until you test fit them. its got more to do with spoke design(in a 17" anyway) than plain offset usually.

I recently went with 17X7's and the front is just about flush with the fender. The rear is a tad farther in but I am thinking about just getting a spacer for $7. In retrospect I should have gone with 18 X 8's cause even with a 2.2F 2.1R drop, I still have more fender gap than I would like.

did you use coilovers for that drop? If so what kind and how do they ride\feel?

Do you have bigger brakes on the car?
