Is 35% VLT window tinit too dark for Western WA?

Hi, not sure if we have many NWers here, but I'll give it a try. I have Infiniti EX35 and LOVE IT!! I would like to have the shop install window tint for the summer. Legal standard here in WA is 35% VLT. However, considering the general raining/cloudy weather in around the year, is that too dark for western WA? And what about winters and evenings? Any comments will be apprecaited!

Ask the police department.

Ask the window tint place what each tint looks like and compare.

Make sure you get a warranty from the tint place!
