What's up guys. I know some of you have gotten rotors from these guys. I just got a set of rear Bradi cross drilled/slotted rotors and Axxis MM pads for the front. For some reason they decided to give me rear pads called Dura International. They haven't called me yet. What the hell are these. Haven't seen them in posts or even seen them on line. Ever heard of them? The Bradi's look great but the rear pads are suspect. Futhermore with the rear pad surface of these "pads" is significantly smaller than the Axxis. I don't remember the stock looking like this. Did I get jerked or what?

The factory REAR pads can't be beat no matter what kind of rotors ........why on earth would you have both drilled and sloted in the same rotor.........a doubling of the mass [weight] removal vs either mod..........warp city.

I have pretty much gone back to factory oem rear rotors as the whirring noise gets offensive without gaining much on the rear!

You must be careful when changing pad designs as Metal Masters have a little less initial bite [compare to oem] therefore the rears tend to engage [frictionwise] first upsettting the balance under certain conditions/temperatures resulting in different wear rates.

You may shift the higher wear/warp to the rear trying to fix the front problems. Light brakers will have this problem.

The rotors (Bradi) are the same ones everybody has raved about in past posts and I'm tired of the factory for now. As far as pads Axxis MM and Hawk HP pads have also received the same welcome. I believe you may be right on factory pads (rear) but I'm trying to experiment right now. I definetly trust everybody's views on this board as it is the best of it's kind.

The problem is unless you used and studied closely 5 sets of replacement rear rotor [40k,80k,120k,160k,200k,240k] as I have on my Q and ordered maybe 1000 sets of of various brands for customers Q it is easy to folllow a wrong track.

Experimenting is fun but most won't admit any mistake they might have made............personally I have throw away more mistakes in tires and brake pads and rotors than many will use in 3 Q lifetimes......be prepared to scrap any experiment as I did immediately brake pads can do weird things when cold.

True, true. This is my first car. And a damn good one for under 10G so I want it to be the best it can be. I've always used factory but try you guys suggestions such as Tokico Blues, tire selection, etc. It's still a learning process for me and I get a big kick out of the results when it's positive. I really got amped when i came from NY to ATL and drove your car on that curvy road near T3!
