If i remember correctly, make sure they are grounded and that the grey wire ( power wire for the injectors is properly getting power. Also make sure the fuel pump is working as well along with anything , Filter, Lines, Pressure regulator, etc.

Make sure you have your fuel lines hooked up correctly to your rail. When I first did my S13 swap several years ago I hooked it up backwards because the way the rail looks I thought I war right. After I switched it fired right up.

nismo is right. if your positive flow for the fuel line is going into the outlet for the rail it wont work, rail inlet goes under your intake all the way to the farthest cylinder first. fuel rail has a valve that only lets fuel out of the negative flow side, and wont let fuel in.

Check the black and pink wire for your fuel pump too, may not have a good ground.

i believe the other 3 injectors have a harness of their own. check to make sure that its plugged in.

yeah each 3 banks of injectors has their own power source, check for power for those at the ECU and at the harness, could have some continuity issues.
